Week 4 Core de Force Meal Plan

Core de Force Week 4 Meal Plan

I never planned out my meals before I started working out on a regular basis.  We were always so busy here on the ranch that in the mornings I would go out to the freezer and grab a package of out home grown beef and decide that night what I was going to fix.  Living on a ranch you never know what you are going to be doing from day to day.  One day could be nice and quiet, I might get all of the laundry done and the house cleaned and the next I could be helping my husband move equipment around and fixing fence.

I learned that if I wanted to reach my weight loss goals that I needed to make the time and plan ahead.  We live 50 miles from town and I only go twice a month, so I have to keep my shopping list on the fridge and keep a detailed list of what I need and where I am shopping at that week.  Town days are usually an all day trip.  We have to buy groceries and pick up anything we might also need for the ranch.

We are all busy moms, it doesn't matter if you have one child or if you have 6 children, you are going to be busy.  If you can just set aside 5 minutes each night to work on your meal plan for the following week, you can get it done and you'll be on your way to achieving your goals.

I am finishing up with my 30-days of Core de Force, Wednesday is my last day of the program.  I am going to switch to Insanity Max 30 for the month of December and January!  I try to eat 5-6 meals per day, my body seems to function best with smaller meals.

I love my snack time.
